Welcome to Gee Pearl Africa Safaris. These Terms & Conditions establish the terms under which we provide safari tours, travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, excursions, and other related services.

The remaining balance should be settled [insert number] days before the scheduled departure date.
Reservations made close to the departure date may require full payment at the time of confirmation.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Gee Pearl Africa Safaris.
Payment methods available to clients will be communicated during the booking process.

Our quotations are based on the itinerary and services agreed upon with the client.
Unless specifically stated in the quotation, safari prices generally do not include items such as:

Prices may be adjusted where there are changes to park fees, government charges, accommodation rates, transportation costs, taxes, currency exchange rates, or other costs outside our reasonable control.
The final quotation provided to the client will specify the applicable inclusions and exclusions.
3. Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your safari, the request should be submitted to Gee Pearl Africa Safaris in writing.

Any refunds will be calculated according to the cancellation terms applicable to the booking and may be subject to non-refundable charges imposed by hotels, lodges, airlines, parks, or other service providers.
We recommend that all travelers obtain suitable travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption protection.
4. Cancellation or Changes by Gee Pearl Africa Safaris
In exceptional circumstances, Gee Pearl Africa Safaris may need to modify, postpone, or cancel part or all of an itinerary.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, strikes, changes in park regulations, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will work with the client to provide an alternative arrangement, revised itinerary, or alternative travel date.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the cancellation and the terms of the relevant suppliers.
5. Changes to an Existing Booking
Requests to change travel dates, accommodation, activities, number of travelers, or other arrangements should be made as early as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges from Gee Pearl Africa Safaris or third-party service providers.
Any additional costs resulting from a client-requested amendment will be communicated before the change is confirmed whenever reasonably possible.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveler.
A suitable policy should ideally provide protection for circumstances including:
Medical treatment and emergency assistance
Trip cancellation or interruption
Personal accidents
Lost, stolen, or damaged baggage
Travel delays
Emergency evacuation and repatriation
Gee Pearl Africa Safaris is not responsible for expenses that should reasonably be covered by the client’s travel insurance.
7. Health, Medical and Fitness Considerations
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically prepared for their chosen safari or activity.
Certain safari activities may involve long journeys, walking, changes in altitude, remote locations, heat, uneven terrain, or other physical conditions.
Clients should seek appropriate medical advice before traveling and ensure that they have any recommended vaccinations, medications, and medical documentation required for their journey.
Clients should inform Gee Pearl Africa Safaris in advance about any relevant dietary requirements, mobility limitations, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect the arrangements.
8. Safari and Wildlife Experiences
Wild animals live freely in their natural environment and their behavior cannot be predicted or controlled.
Although our guides and safari team make every reasonable effort to provide memorable wildlife experiences, specific animal sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Safari routes, schedules, and activities may occasionally be adjusted according to wildlife movements, road conditions, weather, park regulations, or safety considerations.
9. Accommodation and Service Providers
Accommodation, transportation, activities, and other travel services may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.
While Gee Pearl Africa Safaris carefully selects service providers, availability and operational conditions may occasionally require us to make reasonable substitutions.
Where a change is necessary, we will seek to provide an alternative service of a comparable standard whenever practical.
10. Guest Safety and Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow instructions provided by safari guides, drivers, accommodation staff, and activity providers.
For everyone’s safety, guests must:
Follow wildlife and safari safety instructions
Respect local communities, cultures, and customs
Follow applicable park and conservation regulations
Avoid behavior that places themselves or others at unnecessary risk
Respect other travelers and service staff
Gee Pearl Africa Safaris may terminate a client’s participation in a trip where their behavior creates a serious safety risk, causes significant disruption, or is abusive, threatening, or unlawful.
Any additional costs resulting from such termination will be the responsibility of the client, and refunds may not be available.
11. Liability
Gee Pearl Africa Safaris will take reasonable care in arranging the services included in your itinerary.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances that are outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Government actions or restrictions
Road or transport disruptions
Strikes or industrial disputes
Flight delays or cancellations
Accidents
Wildlife-related incidents
Changes in park regulations
Acts or failures of independent service providers
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and other documents required for their journey.
Gee Pearl Africa Safaris may provide general travel information, but final responsibility for meeting immigration and entry requirements remains with the traveler.
